HARDWOOD FLOORS

A well worn wood floor tells the story of the lives that have been lived within a space. We provide beautiful hardwood floors that help anchor a design aesthetic and provide the foundation for a history yet to come.

It’s hard to deny the inherent beauty of hardwood. This is evidenced by the numerous products that are made to look like wood but which are, in fact, something else. It’s ironic. So much effort is spent trying to mimic the look of a material whose entire appeal and beauty lies in being natural.

  • A floor is quite literally the foundation for any space. When creating or selecting a floor from fine woods that will stand the test of time, attention must be paid to the details — both practical and aesthetic. Our goal is to provide floors that are as attractive and exceptional as the projects in which they will live. 

    We represent over a dozen select hardwood flooring manufacturers as well as skilled niche artisan millworks, to provide our clients with a wide array of curated styles for various applications and price points.  

  • We work with clients to assure that the flooring we provide or create for their project not only fulfills their practical needs but also makes the appropriate statement.

    In addition to a wide array of pre-designed solutions, we also offer custom flooring development. A truly custom floor requires a special level of oversight to fulfill the design intent: including selecting the appropriate wood species, grading, sizing and various detailed milling and finishing specifications. 

  • IAN SAUDE services the professional design community to provide floors for projects ranging from small room remodels to large scale commercial developments.
